Chef Annemarie Huste, world renowned chef and cookbook author, is expounding the virtues of chocolate and vanilla to the crowds at the 2006 New York Botanical Gardens Orchid Show.



Above, Chef Annemarie is demonstrating how to store vanilla in vodka for later ease of use of the bean, and the extract that this method of storage creates.

Chef Annemarie made a no-cook chocolate and vanilla mousse for the crowds.  This is an extremely easy recipe and a definite crowd pleaser!
