Pure Ground Vanilla

Pure Ground Vanilla is made by grinding the whole vanilla pod into a fine powder. This is not the same as Vanilla Powder, which is a combination of sugar or dextrose and ground vanilla. We use a proprietary 12 day process to create our pure ground vanilla. The end result is a wonderfully aromatic, flavorful product that will enhance any dish!
